Start at the outside edge of one arm and follow it down to the seat. Measure across the seat, then up and over the opposite arm. Keep the tape against the sofa, following its shape.

Got this sofa cover in ochre for my two-seater and it's spot on! Delivery was super quick and the packaging was nice and secure, so no issues there.
